How to Install the app:

Go to apps and services, search for Sendstrap Integration app, then install it.

How to create an account on Sendstraps:

In order to use this app, you will need to create an account on Sendstraps.

You can do so by clicking on the (Create Free Account) button.

You will be directed to the following page.

Type in your name, your email address, and your password, then click  on Sign up.

You will be directed to the subscription plans section, to choose the most suitable one, you can choose the free plan as shown below.

Now when you go to the Chat Buttons section, you will be able to choose the WhatsApp icon, which contains the following settings:

Phone number: Enter the phone number of your online store.

Prompt message: which is displayed to customers automatically.

Icon and chat header color: You can control the icon and the chat header color from this section.

Enable chat header: You can enable this option to enable the chat header.

Chat Position: Control where the chat Icon to be displayed on your storepage.

Advanced Customizations: From here, you can customize the whatsapp icon in advanced ways, such as the Icon size, animations, and so on.

Now, choose your store’s platform (ExpandCart) and your store address, then click on (Generate Code)

The following codes will be displayed which will be used in Integration step.

App Setup:

Once you have accessed the app settings, make sure that the status is enabled, then paste the Site ID and the Token Code that we have got from the previous step, then click on the save button.

How it gets reflected on my store:

When reviewing your storefront, you will see the reflection of the Whatsapp Icon displayed as follows, and the prompt message that we have set will be displayed as follows as well.
