Customer Notifications App
This app allows you to manage notifications that will appear to your customers from their end, you will be able to manage and control triggered notifications:
Once you access the app from the "Apps & Services" and install it, make sure to enable its status and enable the notification you want to be sent to the customer. For now, only updating the order status to the three statuses mentioned below Update Order Status the customer can be notified about. Afterward, save the changes as follows:
Currently, for instance, when changing the status, a notification can be sent to customers through the same icon. All you have to do is to enable the option to notify when updating the status:
The notification will appear as follows to customers:
If you want to keep the icon and disable the notifications for an event, you can disable the notifications for the event (More events will be added soon) and keep the app activated.
