App installation and setup:

Go to apps and services from your store dashboard and search for Invoice Template App and install it. Once the app is installed, you will be able to access its settings:

First, make sure that the app status is enabled.

You can use the invoice content variables on the side of the content box that will automatically be replaced with the actual data upon submission, for example, if you used the variable {order_first_name}

It will be replaced by the customer’s name automatically when the invoice is sent as follows:

And if you add the variable {order.store_telephone}:

Then It will be replaced by the store’s phone number automatically when the invoice is sent as follows:

There are several content variants available that will greatly aid you in converting the invoice format into the format you desire. Make sure to insert the data in all the languages ​​activated on your store, then press the save button.





Through the toolbar above the content box, you can control the font size and type, the location of the sentence (left, right, or center of the page, you can also add images, videos, and links. You can add a table and add the order details within it.
