Prize Draw App
Increase your product selling opportunities by offering a prize draw to your clients. For every purchase made, gives its customers a complimentary Prize Draw ticket where they can win a selected prize
App setup:
Once you have installed the app, you will be able to access its settings which includes ( Settings - Prize list)
Settings:
Through the settings section, you can enable the app status.
Determine the Complete order status for calculating product consumed in percentage.
Prize list:
To add a new prize, go to the prize list section then click on the (add new prize) button.
You will be directed to the following page, which is the prize details.
It includes the following options:
Status: Make sure the prize status is enabled.
Allow start/end dates: When this option is enabled, you will be able to define the start and end of this prize.
Image: To attract and encourage customers, you can add an image to this prize, for example, an image of a voucher.
Title: In the title field, write the name of the award in both languages.
Brief description: type in a brief description about the prize.
Description: You can type a detailed description in this field.
Products: Determine which products the customer should purchase to have a chance to win this prize.
You can repeat the previous steps to add more prizes and adjust the details for each prize according to your desire. Make sure to click on the Save button after you've finished adjusting these settings. Once the customers have purchased from the products that we have listed in the prize details section, an additional section will appear within the prize settings page, which is (Customers section). When accessing this section, you will be able to see a list of all customers who have purchased the products that we have identified. A unique code is created for each customer, and this code is to be used by the customers to review their prize.
