Order's page
After going to the orders page, you can open each order by clicking on its number:
You can review and edit each order individually through the following lists and buttons:
The Upper List:
1- The shipping methods:
By clicking on this button the available and connected shipping methods through API will be shown to select one of them so the shipment gets created automatically in the courier’s system
2- Print Shipping Label:
When you click on that button you can print a shipping label for the order in any of the store’s languages.
3- Delete:
You can delete the entire order through that button, kindly note that you will not be able to undo this action.
4- Edit Order:
By clicking on that button you can edit anything in the order (The customer information, The Payment Address, The Shipping Address, The Products, and the Checkout Details) you will be redirected to the following page once you click on it:
Once you edit the section successfully you will need to click on the “Next step” button to edit the following one.
5- Archive:
You can archive the order by clicking on that button, you will be able to undo this action normally.
6&7- Navigation:
You can jump to the next order or the previous order by using those buttons.
The order’s main data:
On the same order page, you can check the order number, status, History, Customer's information, shipping address, Payment Address, Shipping info, and the Order’s Invoice as well as generating a number for it.
Through the shipping info section, we can change the shipping method to a manual one (Offline), fill the shipping tracking URL to track the order and enable the gift option.
