How to customize your store's statuses & workflows (Order Statuses - Stock Statuses - Return Statuses - Return Actions - Return reasons)
In this article, we will guide you on how to customize the statuses & workflows of your store:

Return (Statuses - Actions - Reasons)
To customize the statuses & workflows we will need to access the Order settings through the store's settings as follows:
Then we will click on that button located in the "Customize orders statuses' section:
Order Statuses:
You can edit or delete one of the existing statuses by referring to the three horizontal lines beside each one, and you can create a new order status by clicking on the "Create New Order Status" to create a new order status and set a name for it in each language activated on your store:
And if you want to delete in bulk or export the statuses, all you have to do is to select the statuses you want to delete and then refer to the "bin" button and they will be deleted, and by clicking on the other button, you will be able to export the statuses in the form you want:
Stock Statuses:
You can create a new inventory/stock status referring to the highlighted button in the above screenshots, when clicking on it, you will have the option to create a new stock status and set a name for it in each language activated on the store:
You can edit any of the existing statuses by clicking on it, and to delete a status or more, select them then refer to the "bin" button and they will be deleted, and by clicking on the other button, you will be able to export the statuses in the form you want:
Return (Statuses - Actions - reasons):
By clicking on the green button in the top-right corner of each section, you will be able to create a new status/action/reason in each language activated on the store:
If you want to edit any of the existing ones, just click on it and you will have the option to change its name. And to delete a status or more, select them then refer to the "bin" button and they will be deleted, and by clicking on the other button, you will be able to export the statuses/actions/reasons to your device in the form you want
