How can I hide the help/chat icon inside the dashboard?
The presence of the help icon in the control panel may bother you, but you can hide it by following the steps mentioned in this article:
In order to hide the help icon, we must go to the powers of the administrators group through the store settings, provided that the role or group is not Top Administrator, after clicking on the role or group, search for billing account and disable that permission as shown in the following image:
After saving, any account that falls under that role or group, the help icon will not appear for it again until the validity is activated again.
