How can I control the un-publishing mobile application on Google Play?

at start accessing Google Play Account by the link below

https://developer.android.com/distribute/console/

Then you can go to the Application Control Panel and select the following fields

  Store presence> Pricing & distribution

  After pressing unpublish

You will see a pop-up window with a confirmation message and then save ... pressed at it and then will not be published ...
