How can I add a developers account into my account on Google Play?

To add a developers account in your Google Play account and also control the Permissions of the other accounts,,

 you can follow these steps :

1.Access your Play Console account

https://play.google.com/apps/publish/?account

Then click the Settings icon and then click the Users and the permissions icon

Click Settings> Users & permissions.

To add a developer account you have to choose to invite a new user and follow the steps on the screen

In order to modify the special Permissions of this user you can click on the edit icon to edit the email and special permissions 

3.You can control the functions that you will give to the new developer and preferably to be administrator

To add the Permissions that you will give to the new account will appear with you in the permissions
Then you can send the invitation: mobile.apps@expandcart.com
