Through this article we will explain to you the first part of the preparation of this application which is divided into eight parts

Part 1: Settings

inside the settings section, there are five taps which through them the basic setting of the application can be made

  • General: General settings

Admin email for notifications

Through this icon, you can add an e-mail which through it can receive different notifications from the application

Seller Validation

inside this icon, there is a list of options (not verified, manual approval) ,,, preferred to choose the manual approval so you can review the full account merchant data then approval and activation the account and this will be explained in the sellers setting 

Choose your Payment method

In this icon, there is a list of appropriate payment methods that merchants can choose from so that they can receive money selling products from store manager

Available payment methods are: PayPal, bank account

Product validation

In this icon there is a list of options (not verified, manual approval) ,,, preferred to choose the manual approval so you can review the full product data then approval and activation the product and this will be explained later in the product set 

Allow inactive sellers to list products

Through this icon you can control the enabling or disabling of allowing inactive merchants to add products, these products will be inactive. After approval of this merchant, all of its products will be activated immediately.

Allow re-listing disabled products

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable the merchant's capability to re-add products that had been unactivate previously (this feature is useful if you use product limitation by period or quantity in combination with listing fees)

Seller account terms

Through this icon, sellers will have the merchants to agree on the terms and conditions store when they creating an account.

Enable rich text editor for descriptions

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable editing formatted text for product fields and merchant description. To use this functionality you need to copy the CKEditor JavaScript folder from the admin (admin /view/javascript) to the catalog

Enable search in seller city

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable the visitor's control for searching products based on the city of the merchant

Seller payment methods

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable the merchant freedom to choose and accept payment methods available and appropriate

Disable product after quantity depletes

Through this icon you can control the enable or disable the depletion quantity product after all the quantities of the product are sold (the quantity becomes 0)

One-page registration

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable registration from the one-page seller on your online -store

Graphical seller menu

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disabling of allow a merchant to add a graphical list to his products

Required fields of seller data

Allow special prices

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disabling allowing sellers to set special prices on products

Allow quantity discounts

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disabling allowing sellers to limit product quantity discounts

Allow multiple categories

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable allowing sellers to add products to multiple categories ... means adding products to many sections

Bulk disallow categories

inside this icon, there is a list of three choices which through you can select categories or specific sections the trader can not list products, or you can set none. This means that they will be able to add products to all categories or sections in the store.

Enable shipping

inside this icon, there is a list of three choices which through it you can specify that new products will be created that require shipping.

The choices are: No (means that the products will not be shipped), Yes (means that the products will be shipped), Seller select (means that the seller will be free to specify products shipment or not in add setting product 

Enable min quantities

inside this icon, there is a list of three choices through which you can allow sellers to limit the quantities of products

The choices are: No (means that the quantity of products will not be determined), Yes (means that the quantity of the products will be determined), Shipping dependent (means that it depends on the shipping company that will deliver the orders to customers)

Mail buyer information

inside this icon, there is a list of three choices which through you can control the attachment of the buyer's address in the e-mail of the products purchased ... Meaning the merchant knows the buyer's e-mail information

The choices are: No (means that the customer's address will not be included in the checkout order form products until not merchant received at his email ), Yes (means that the customer's address is included in the checkout order form products until reaches at the email merchant) Shipping dependent (meaning that it depends on the shipping company that will deliver the orders to the customers if they insert the address of the buyer or not)

Minimum and maximum product price

inside this box, there are two boxes which through you can add the minimum and maximum product price ... You can enter number zero in case you want the price of the product unlimited

Product image limits

inside this tap, there are two boxes which through you can add the minimum and a maximum number of product images ... You can enter number zero in case you want to add unlimited photos

Product download limits

inside this tap, there are two boxes which through you can add the minimum and maximum uploads number allowed for product  ... You can enter number zero in case you want to add an unlimited number of upload files that are included with the product

Disallowed categories

Through this box, you can write sections or categories that traders cant include products at it

Include fields for products

Through this box, you can add fields that will be existing at model adding product ... as an example (meta tag keywords, brand, cost price ... etc)

Allowed image extensions

Through this box, you can type the allowed extensions for product images as an example (png, jpg, jpeg)

Allow downloads

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable allowing sellers to add attachments within the product

  • Financial

inside this section, there are the following fields

Fund statuses

Through this box, you can add orders cases that when its done on your store is paid to the merchant ... Also, we want to mention that there is email will be sent to the merchant's email with all cases has been added

Charge statuses

Through this box, you can add orders cases that when its done on your store is deducted from the merchant account ... Also, we want to mention that there is email will be sent to the merchant's email with all cases has been added

Allow payout requests

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disabling of allowing sellers to request profits from the sale of products

Payout waiting period

Through this box, you can add a value amount that will not be available for payment requests ... The best number would be zero so that customers can pay any values ​​for the products

Minimum payout amount

Through this box, you can add the minimum value amount of balance required to request payment to the merchant

Allow partial payments

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disable allow sellers to request partial payments from the store manager

PayPal address

Through this box, you can add your PayPal address to the listing and subscription fees that will be transferred to it

PayPal Sandbox mode

1. SEO

Generate SEO URLs for new sellers

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable generation of SEO-friendly URLs for new sellers ... We want to mention that SEO URLs need to be enabled in Store settings to use this.

Generate SEO URLs for new products (experimental)

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable the generation of URL friendly for new products. We want to mention that SEO URLs must be enabled in Store setting to use this property This property is experimental, especially for non-English stores.

Allow UTF8 in SEO URLs (experimental)

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable the feature of not deleting UTF8 characters from SEO URLs.

Sellers SEO keyword

Through this box, you can add SEO keywords to sellers so that they appear on search engine sites  We want to mention that it will only work if SEO is enabled

Hide customer email address

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable hide the customer's email address from the seller's dashboard and from the order list

Hide email addresses in emails

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable hiding email addresses of customers and sellers in the emails sent by your store

3. Image sizes

Through this part, you can set image sizes for the next fields

Seller profile, seller list, product page, Seller dashboard, seller avatar, product image, seller profile, Seller products list in catalog, Seller products list in the seller account area

Minimum uploaded image size (Width x Height): Specifies the minimum dimensions image allowed for uploaded images. You can enter number zero to be unlimited

Allow nickname change

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable allow sellers to change the nickname/ shop name

Seller nickname rules

inside this icon, there is a list of choices which through it the store manager allows the seller to use the letters to specify his nickname

The choices are: Alphanumeric, Extended Latin, Full UTF-8 

Avatar of Sellers

inside this icon, there is a list of choices which through it the store manager determines the way that the avatar works 

Choices are: Uploaded manually by the seller, Both uploaded by the seller or predefined, only pre-defined

4. Other

Attribute display

Through this icon, there is a menu with choices which through can control the display way properties on the product page

The choices are: Multi Merchant, Expand cart, Both

Hide count of sellers and products in the header

Through this icon, you can control the enabling or disabling wiping number of Merchants on your store and their own products from the top of the page (hidden line which contains the number of sellers and products from the top of the page)

Subscription System

Through this part, there are the following fields

Enabled Paid Subscription System

Through this icon, you can control the enable or disable activation merchants subscription on your online store which can subscribe via PayPal or bank transfer

PayPal Email

Through this box, you can add PayPal account email of the store manager who will receive the merchant's subscriptions

Bank Data

Through this box you can add the bank account data of the store manager so will receive the merchant's subscriptions

Part 2: Subscription System

Through this part, you can list the subscription systems that will be subscription by merchants on your store

The subscription can be divided into three types: daily, monthly, and yearly

Title

Through this tap you can type a name for the subscription address ... as example annual subscription and write the name on the other listed languages

Description

Through this tap, you can write a description of this subscription ... means that is written a definition of the type subscription with written advantages of the subscription price and the number of product quantity ... etc

Status

Through this icon, it is controlled to enable or disable the subscribed system

Price

Through this icon is added the value of the subscription price

Maximum product count

Through this icon can determine the number of products that the trader will be able to add ... also the number of quantity products vary from one subscription to another

Payment Method

Inside this tap, there are two boxes which through it can write the payment method whether by Paypal or bank transfer. And also type of subscription system (day, month, year)

Part 3: Payments

Through this part, there are payments records that made between the store manager and the Subscribers merchants. and payment types divided into subscription fees, listing fees, manual payment, payment request ...

In order to add a new fee, this is done by click Insert button ... Next image for clarification

After clicking on the Insert icon will be shown with you the taps which through it can be made a new payment between the store manager and the merchant and vice versa.

From

inside this box, there is a list of your store name and the Subscribers merchant at your store... It means that the one who will be selected from this list will be required to pay

To

inside this box, there is a list of your store name and the Subscribers merchant at your store ... which means that those who will be selected from this list will receive payments

Type: There are four types of transactions, which is the next

Signup fees, Listing fees, Manual payout, Payout request,,, is selected according to the transaction that will be between the store manager and the merchant or vice versa

Amount 

can be assigned the value amount which is associated with the type box ... as an example if selected from the type box Signup fees is placed in the amount tap the value of this Signup as an example 100$

Payment method

inside this box there is a choice (seller balance, Paypal) ... this means that the payment will be made through the seller balance in his account of the store or will be sent to him on his Paypal account

There are also two fields associated with the payment method (Paid, Deduct from balance)

Paid: means that payment values ​​have been paid from the merchant account either by PayPal or bank transfer

Deduct from balance: means that the amount requested from the merchant has been deducted from his account on the store by the store manager 

Description

Through the box can be written description describes the transaction that do between the store manager and merchant or vice versa

inside this part you will find all the transaction data that have been made through the payment part,,, Transactions can be subscription fees, listing fees, manual payment, product payment request,,, etc.
