An application called Custom Mail Templates was provided inside store control panel where you can customize the E-mail messages that store sends to your customers and add all the details and designs that you want to send by E-mail.

- Include selected products on any email template to promote them
- Use any of our professional preset email templates or design your own
- Add more recipients to any email to keep them informed
Through this article, we will explain to you all the characteristics of this application and how doing the own settings
In the beginning to access the application, please go from store control panel to Apps and Services
This application is divided into three sections
Section One: Templates
The molds are divided into four parts:
- Part 1: Cases Order
There are all type orders forms where you can active the own settings and use them to send to your customers when the order is changed by the store's e-mail.
type orders available inside the application are:
Canceled, Canceled Reversal, Chargeback, Complete, Denied, Expired, Failed, Pending, Processed,
Processing, Refunded, Reversed, Shipped, Voided.
We will review with you a type order from one of these types to explain to you how to make the preparation of order case, for example Processed
We want to mention that all the order cases will be available by default ... Just go to the order case you want by pressing on the three-point icon and then clicking on the icon Edit ,,,

After clicking on the Edit icon, all the taps of status settings will appear which include the following
- Status
thought this icon you can enable or disable the status case (processed) from the use on your store
- BCC Email
Through this tap, you can add administrators emails store with you if you want to share with them what has received emails from these status case (processed), and you can add more than email just add a comma (,) between each and every email.
- Products showcase
Through the icon you can choose a number of specific products to display in the e-mail content of this case (processed) You can also choose the latest products, the bestsellers, the most viewed or the in promotion ... with the possibility of determining the number of products that you want to show in the content of the e-mail.
You can also disable this icon as you wish

- Templates
inside this icon you can type the name address of the order or any appropriate address with you, indicating the status order ... As an example can be written Processed, by entering the title inside the subject tap
Then you can select the appropriate template to identify to your store where there are many types of templates you can choose from ...
Also inside the templates there are many data such as
E-mail, mobile number, order number, order date, payment method, shipping method, order status ,,,, etc
With the advantage of ability to modify the data on this template, as there is a toolbar editing above top box template forms where you can modify the font shape and change the content settings, upload the logo store and many other tools

Section Two: The Settings
this setting is divided into two parts
Part 1: Settings
Inside the settings are these cells which are
Module status
through this icon, you can disable or enable the fully custom email templates app, so if you want the application working with you, you must enable the tap
Generate the invoice number
Through this icon there are all the cases orders, which you can choose the cases order that has inside it the number invoice ,,, the next picture for clarification
Attach An Invoice
Through this icon, there are all the cases order, which you can choose the cases of order that is accompanied invoice automatically to the email.
Invoice Template
Through this icon there are three form types of template invoice that will be sent to client email , you can choose the right shape with you
Notify Admin Using The Templates
Through this icon you can disable or enable inform store mangers from the use of cases status templates
BCC Email
Through this box you can add administrators emails of your site with you if you want to share with them what is received from the bills orders cases, and you can add more than one email only add a comma (,) between each email and another.
Track Email
Through this icon you can disable or enable tracking cases orders from administrators store side
Please pay attention after doing any steps inside the templates page cases clicking on Save icon
Part 2: Templates
Inside this settings there are the next cells
- Date Format
Through this tap you can Determine the format date inside the invoice order ,,, inside the box there is a list of many formulas you can choose what suits you
- Plain text
Through this icon you can disable or enable stripping HTML tags into plain text from emails.
- Layout width
Through this tap you can set the display email template by putting number in pixels.

Through this box you can set the pixels color code existing the email template content.

- Background image
Through this icon you can upload image which will be background for invoice form
- Background
Through this icon you can set the back color code of the invoice
Please pay attention after doing any steps inside the Settings tab. Click on Save icon
Section 3: History
Through this tap you can know the customers who opened the emails sent from your store and also the links included in the email that was pressed
We also want to mention that there is a search feature that was recently added from ExpandCart platform ,,, where you can do a search or filter for certain history according to the following icons:
- Subject
You can type a specific name of order case or a specific topic such as account registration,,,etc.
so that the results are displayed directly in the same page
You can type a specific e-mail address so that the results you won't appear on the same page
- Template code
You can search through the template code, where you can search by the forms templates existing inside the application which include the following types
Cases Order, Cases Return, Mail / Publish Newsletters,Customer, Affiliate ,Contact.Confirmation ,Reviews.Added
- Attachment in email?
Through this icon, you can search for the cases in which has been attached things at e-mail sent
- Date added
Through this icon you can search for the history of certain situations occurred at a certain date,,, and when you choose the wanted date will appear information search results
This application is free on all packages either monthly or yearly
On the next link, you can know more about the prices of the packages with the applications attached to each package
