Through this article we will explain to you the Security feature located inside the control panel which includes the following :
(Order Statuses , Stock Statuses , Return Statuses , Return Actions , Return Reason )
In order to access the workflow statuses tap going from control panel into setting then advanced settings and workflow statuses ,,, the next picture to clarify
1. Order Statuses
inside this icon you can create an Order Status or modify the status of the existing Order Statuses names or delete all the cases of Order Statuses or status of a specific order with the possibility to export the information of the Statuses of the existing Orders also can search the status of a specific Order through the search box
- Create new order status
Through this icon you can create a new order status and then click on the Save icon ,,, the following images for clarification
- Edit Name Status order
You can edit the name status of the order after its created by clicking on the status of the specific order and then clicking on the three-point icon and then choose Edit ,,, a window will appear inside it the name of the order status, which can be changed and then click Save ,,, The following images for clarification
- Delete status order
There are two ways to delete a particular order ,,,
The first way: Click on the specific status order and then click on icon delete selected items in the top ,,, the next picture for clarification
The second way: Click on the specific status order and then click on three-point icon and then choose delete ,,, the next image for clarification
After pressing the delete icon whether it is at the top or located in the three-point icon there is a warning message will appear stating the following:
Are you sure you want to delete? You will not be able to undo this action! ,,, Next image for clarification
- Export
Through this icon you can export the information of orders status . You can specify specific status order or specify all the orders statuses and then click on the export icon to choose the appropriate file which will be downloaded to your computer where the export icon includes the following (copy, export to CSV , Export to Excel, export to PDF) ,,, the next image for illustration
- search
You can search through the search box existing above to find a specific order status to modify it, delete it, or export its information ,,, the next image for illustration
2. Stock Statuses
inside this icon you can create a new stock status or modify the status of the existing stock status names or delete all the cases of stock status of a specific stock with the possibility to export the information of the Statuses of the existing stocks also can search the status of a specific stock through the search box
- Create new stock status
Through this icon you can create a new new stock status and then click on the Save icon ,,,the following images for clarification
- Edit name stock status
You can edit the name status of the order after its created by clicking on the status of the specific order and then clicking on the three-point icon and then choose Edit ,,, a window will appear inside it the name of the order status which can be changed and then click Save ,,, The following images for clarification
- Delete stock status
There are two ways to delete a particular stock status ,,,
The first way: Click on the specific stock status and then click on icon delete selected items in the top ,,, the next picture for clarification

3.Return Statuses
inside this icon you can create new return status or modify the status of the existing return statuses names or delete all the cases of return statuses or a specific return status with the possibility to export the information of the Return Statuses also can search the of a specific return status through the search box ,,, the next image for illustration
- Create new Return Status
Through this icon you can create a new Return Status and then click on the Save icon ,,, the following images for clarification

4.Return Actions
inside this icon you can create a new Return Actions or modify the status of the existing Return Actions names or delete all the cases of Return Actions or status of a specific Return Action with the possibility to export the information of the Statuses of the existing Return Actions also can search the status of a specific Return Action through the search box
- Create Return Action
Through this icon you can create a new return action and then click on the Save icon ,,, the following images for clarification

To view and control the procedures of the return products of your store by your customers you can going from the control panel into orders then returns and then click on the selected return order then click on the three-point icon then choose Edit ,,, then will show details return page which through it can Going into Return Action icon and choose from it the name of the discard (the replacement sent, refund ,,, etc.) ,,, the following images for clarification
5. Return Reason
inside this icon you can create anew Return Reason or modify the status of the existing Return Reason names or delete all the cases of Return Reason or status of a specific Return Reason with the possibility to export the information of the Statuses of the existing Reasons also can search the status of a specific Return Reason through the search box
- Create new Return Reason
Through this icon you can create a new Return Reason and then click on the Save icon ,,, the following images for clarification
- Edit Name Return Reason
