1. Return Terms
Through this icon you can choose the appropriate terms of return page that identity with your store until the customer is obliged to agree to it before requesting to return any product on your store. You can make a page as an example (shipping and delivery information, return terms, terms of use)

2. Return Status
Which allows you to choose the status that will appear after the approval of the return order by the customer of your store ,,, where this icon includes 3 choices (awaiting product , pending, complete) ,,, the best choice is to be awaiting product also The situation can be changed inside the returns history .
