Through this article we will explain to you the orders features located inside the control panel, which is divided into two parts:
Part 1: The Setting include the following :
(Display Weight on Cart Page , Display Order Added Popup , Product Image in Invoice , Guest Checkout , Checkout Terms , Order Editing , Logo height in order invoice , Order Webhook URL)
Part 2: Order Statuses include the following :
(Order Status , Order Status after Shipping , Order Status Ready for Shipping , Complete Order Status )
In order to access the orders features should going from the control panel into Settings then Advanced Settings and then Orders ,,, the next picture for clarification
1. Setting
- Display Weight on Cart Page
Through this icon can control to enable or disable display of the weight product on Cart Page ,,, In order to be able to put the weight for product should enter the product settings and go to the shipment tap and put the appropriate weight for your products on your store ,,, the next image to clarify
- Display Order Added Popup
Through this icon you can control the Enable or disable the appearance of Order Added Popup when click on the icon Add to the cart,,, as when clicked at add to the cart icon will appear the Order Added Popup ,,, the next image to clarify
- Product Image in Invoice
Through this icon you can control the enable or disable the display of the product image in the invoice sent into customers E-mail
- Guest Checkout
Through this icon you can enable visitors to buy from your store without registering an account on the store (Allow customers to checkout without creating an account)
- Checkout Terms
Through this icon you choose the type of conditions for completing the orders for your customers on your online store when completing the orders products ,,, Also preventing people from completing the orders only after approval of the conditions ,,,

- Order Editing
Through this icon you can control the number of days allowed to modify the orders . This is required because the prices and discounts may change over time from the store manager so as to avoid any problems on the orders of customers of your store ,,, and can control the increase or decrease of days through the icons +, -

- Logo height in order invoice
Through this icon you can control the height of the logo form in the product invoice sent to your customers' E-mails when completing the product order
- Order Webhook URL
At first Webhook defines a web hook as an HTTP callback by the user and is also called a web callback or HTTP push API, a way for an application to provide other applications with real-time information where webhook delivers data to other applications when it occurs automatically its means you get data directly.
Through this box you can send webhook data to a specific link after successfully sending the order. The transmission includes customer and order data.
2. Order Statuses
inside this box there are control taps in the cases of product orders whether the status of the order after order status when an order is processed. or the status of the order after Order Status Shipping or the status of download orders and gift vouchers ,,, in order to be able to see all list names of cases of orders before assigning their own settings In order statuses tap, please going from control panel into setting then advanced settings and then workflow statues and inside it will find all the cases of available orders and also can be modified or create a new order status ,,, the next image for clarification
- Order Status
inside this icon you can Set the default order status when an order is processed.. A pending case is selected in most cases until it is confirmed at the being receipt of the order amount from the customer
- Order Status after Shipping
inside this icon you can set the default order status when an order is shipped and money is collected, this is useful when using COD payment method.
- Order Status Ready for Shipping
inside this icon you can set the default order status when an order is ready to be shipped, this is useful when using COD payment method.
- Complete Order Status
inside this icon you can Set the order status the customers order must reach before they are allowed to access their downloadable products and gift vouchers.
