Enter your store dashboard:
To enter your store dashboard, all you have to do is to write your store's URL link and add /Admin to it as follows:

To change the password or the credentials of a dashboard user, please go to Users & permissions through the store settings:
Then click on the user you want to change its credentials as follows:
Now you can change the user credentials easily then click on the save button and the changes will be applied instantly:
You have full control over the store users as an admin or a top administrator, you can refer to the following button to edit, delete, and add a new user:
When adding a new user you will have the following fields to set:
The User Group where you can select the role of the user that you're adding, you have full control too over the permissions and roles of your store users.
To delete, edit, add user Groups/Roles, we will refer to the Roles sections as shown in the following screenshot:
You can edit and delete the roles you have except the Top Administrator role since this role has full control over the store and it's necessary to have it as a role. When adding a new role referring to the button shown in the previous screenshot, you will have the following permissions to set:
Access Permissions: Select the sections or actions the user under this role can check.
Modify Permissions: Select the sections or actions the user under this role can modify and control.

Besides the above permissions, in the customer permissions part, select the actions related to orders and customers the user can do then click on the Save button to add the role successfully:
