In order to add new customer data to your store please follow these steps :
1. Going from the control panel of your store to customers and then customers and click on the icon add new customer,,, the next picture for clarification
2. After clicking on add new customer icon will appear with you the boxes that must be filled in until the account is created, which includes the following:
First Name, Last Name, E-Mail , Telephone, Password, Confirm, Customer Group, Fax , Status , Newsletter,,, After filling the previous data pressed to save,,, the next image for clarification
In order to modify the customer data on your store please follow these steps:
1. accessed the customer page on the control panel of your store through it customers and customers
Click on the three-point icon and click on Edit,,, the next image for illustration
3. After clicking on the Edit icon, it will be shown the customer data which can be modified by either (First Name, Phone or Mobile Number, Email, Disable or Enable Newsletter and other fields.
You can also add an Add new address by clicking on the Add new address icon and fill new address then click save,,,, Next images for clarification
4. you can see customer information, orders, and activity logs. There is also the possibility of adding transaction and bonus points,,, You can also log in by customer account you create,,, the next image for clarification,,,
5. Add internal note inside the customer's file (Internal notes are only visible to store administrators, and they are never displayed to customers) Notes are written and then click at add note icon,,, Next image for clarification
