Why my store doesn't send email notifications to me or my client upon new order , new registration & on order status updates ?
Answer
Your store send the notification but it landed to your & your client Spam , Junk or it gets blocked by they email servers.
To fix this you need to register for your own email server and we recommend SendiBlue
And here is the steps to do so :
1. Go to Sendi Blue
2. Sign up for your account
3. Once you have your account activated drop down the menu at the top right hand side and click at SMTP and API
4. Go to your Expand Cart store back end and go to email settings at your store setting and Select SMTP instead of mail and then right down your own SMTP info and SAVE.
Now your store will send all emails via your new email servers
